[...] Often when we look at shoulder stability, we focus on the scapulae retractors, the postural muscles that pull and squeeze the shoulder blades together, for greater stability during pushing and pulling movements. However, an often neglected aspect of scapulothoracic and glenohumeral rhythm involves the scapulae depressors as well. Not only is it important to squeeze and retract the shoulder blades together, but in order to create more space at the glenohumeral joint, thus decreasing impingement pathologies, the shoulder blades must rotate down and depress as well. Often these muscles are weak and or long, due to over active upper traps, and or overly kyphotic thoracic spines (poor posture). [...]

She has been having low back, hip, leg, calf pain for two weeks or better. Her condition had improved after a couple massages till guess what.... she put these shoes on and had them on ALL day walking! I tell everyone i see wearing these shoes just how bad they are!!

Dan, thanks for guiding me over the past year to 15% body fat, and congratuations to you on reaching 6%. I do wonder about health, and what are good goals for better health. I can't believe the guy at 3% is doing himself any good healthwise....

The beginning photos were really helpful showing me when people see as jacked and ripped. This article made me pack up my gym bag and go pump some iron and burn fat.

so true, had a blood test done the other day and the doc said all fine, except you are obese...since you are 6'2" and 235lbs. Then he looked at me and said: oh never mind. Lift your weights, watch the food and add cardio if you really need it

I love an article that throws a curve ball into what most people are doing whether warming up for a 5k or getting ready for a strength training workout. We've got the foam roller ready for use everyday. An inexpensive purchase available at any surgical supply store in the city. Thanks
